Meet & Greet Service
Car / Minibuses
Please note, all small vehicles, Cars and 8 seater minibuses will come with free meet and greet service on all airport arrivals.
This will be a chauffeur-driven door-to-door private transfer for you, we will monitor your flight on the day, and our driver will meet you about 40 minutes after landing inside the arrival lounge with your name board. The driver will wait up to 90 minutes free of charge, if you need more time to go through immigration and collect your luggage, please inform us from the airport, by phone, email or online chat and we will keep the driver waiting for longer. The driver will assist with luggage loading and unloading.
Large Vehicles
(16 to 53 seater coaches)
We cannot offer meet and greet service on airport arrivals, you will have to make your way out of the terminal building to bus stops outside to meet up with your driver. (Larger vehicle drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles unattended by the airport authorities Upon arriving at bus stops and meeting up with coach marshal, it can take up to 30 to 45 minutes before coach arrives at the bus stop. Depending how busy the airport really is on the day.
Please note: We no longer offer any shared shuttle or shared bus services to any destination, we only offer door-to-door chauffeur driven private transfers to and from any destination in the UK.

Heathrow Airport Arrivals - Please allow yourself 45 to 60 minutes after flight landing time.
Heathrow Airport Departures - Recommended check in time is 3 hours before flight, plus journey time from your location.
Airport Meeting Point
Please allow at least 40 to 60 minutes for pick-ups after flight landing time. Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals lounge with your name board. If you do not see your driver please contact us immediately on the number provided on your booking.

Airport Transfers
Where are the meeting points at the airport?
Our driver will meet you inside the arrival lounge with your name-board by the airport information desk.
Where will you drop me off at the Airport?
Heathrow Shuttle driver will drop you right outside your departure terminal. Close to trolly area for easy access to departure entry door.
Will you monitor my flight on the day of arrival?
Yes, we will monitor your flight on the day, and our driver will park up 30 to 40 minutes after flight arrival.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We will adjust your pickup time according to your flight arrival time, our driver will only park up once your flight has landed.
What happens if I am delayed inside the Airport?
From the time that a flight lands we anticipate that it will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to clear immigration and collect baggage and to arrive at our meeting point. Any passenger who anticipates that it will take more than one hour to arrive at the meeting point, should telephone our control office to inform us of the delay. Where a passenger does not alert us of a delay, we will check with the airport authorities as to whether the flight has been cleared as well as announcing the customer’s name through the Airport Information desk. If we do not hear from a passenger 2 hours after a flight has landed, this will be charged as a no show.
How long it takes to clear Immigration and Customs?
Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to clear immigration and collect baggage for international flights and to arrive at our meeting point.
What is Recommended Check-in Time?
International flights: Minimum 3 hours - - European flights: Minimum 2 hours - - Domestic flights: Minimum 90 minutes.
Can I travel with heavy or bulky luggage?
Any heavy or bulky luggage which is more than 23 kilograms will be charged an extra item price. Any heavy or bulky luggage more than 32 kilograms will be refused. Any golf bags, skis, surf boards, wheelchairs etc may be refused on the day if not booked in advance.
Do you provide Children Seat (Child Seats and Booster Seats)?
Yes, we do supply child / booster seats at £5.00 per seat - Passengers are most welcome to bring their own child seats with them. It is passengers’ responsibility to ensure that the child seat is correctly fitted before your journey.
Special Needs Passengers - Wheelchair Access?
Heathrow Shuttle vehicles are not fitted with wheelchair access equipment. Passengers travelling with a wheelchair are advised that they must be able to board the vehicle on foot. The wheelchair should also be collapsible.
What is Cancellation / Refunds policy?
Smaller Vehicles Cancellation Policy Transportation Only (Cars, MPVs & 8-seater Minibuses) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the date of travel are subject to 100% cancellation charge. Cancellations made more than 24 hours and less than 36 hours prior to the date of travel will incur a 30% cancellation charge. Cancellations made more than 36 hours prior to the date of travel will incur a 0% cancellation charge. (Please note: Bank cancellation fee may apply) Larger Vehicles Cancellation Policy Transportation Only (16-to-60-seater coaches) Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of travel are subject to 100% cancellation charge. Cancellations made more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to the date of travel will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made more than 15 days and less than 30 days prior to the date of travel will incur a 30% cancellation charge. Cancellations made more than 30 days to the date of travel will incur a 10% cancellation charge. (Please note: Bank cancellation fee may apply)
What Payment option do you offer?
You can pay with any type of debit or credit card; we also accept PayPal payments.
Can i reserve months in advance?
Yes - you can reserve for anytime, normally our customers book 3 to 12 months in advance, however we accept bookings up to 24 hours in advance, for larger vehicles please allow more time.
