1. Where are Meeting Points at London Heathrow Airport?
The Heathrow Shuttle driver will meet you in the Arrival Lounge in front of the Airport Information Desk with your name board.
2. Where will you drop me off?
The Heathrow Shuttle driver will drop you right outside your London hotel door.
3. Will you monitor my flight on the day of arrival?
Yes we will monitor your flight on the day and our driver will park up 30 to 40 minutes after flight arrival.
4. What happens if my flight is delayed?
From the time that a flight actually lands we anticipate that it will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to clear immigration and collect baggage and to arrive at our meeting point. Any passenger who anticipates that it will take more than one hour to arrive at the meeting point, should telephone our control office to inform us of the delay.
If we do not hear from a passenger 2 hours after a flight has landed, this will be charged as a no show.
5. Child Seats and Booster Seats
Children safety seats must be booked in advance, £5 per seat. Please note: It is passengers responsibility to ensure that the child seat is correctly fitted before your journey.
6. Special Needs Passengers
Heathrow Shuttle vehicles are not fitted with wheelchair access equipment.
Passengers travelling with a wheelchair are advised that they must be able to board the vehicle on foot. The wheelchair should also be collapsible.
