All check-in counters can be found on the top floor of Terminal 5. Many airlines now provide their own self-service check-in counters. If you are flying on one of these airlines, the airport staff can take you to the corresponding service desks, which will also have their own dedicated luggage check-in areas. If you want to improve efficiency, please check in online and download the boarding pass to your mobile phone, or use the convenient application provided by the airline; save your time and environment!

Passenger ambassadors are present throughout Terminal 5. They wear a purple uniform, and you will find them walking around the terminal in arrivals and departures. They can assist you with directions, and information on flights and can even arrange for assistance in other languages. There is also an Information Zone, which is located on the ground floor near the UK arrivals. Here you can find leaflets, maps and help screens.
