Luggage Allowance
1 suitcase + 1 hand luggage
( any additional luggage will be charged at £3.00 per item)
Any havey or bulky luggage which is more than 23 kilograms will be charge an extra item price.
Any havey or bulky luggage more than 30 kilograms will be refused.
We do not carry any golf bags, skies, surf boards, wheel chairs etc...
Kids under 10 Travel Free*
(Kids under 10 years of age travel for free, 1 child per family policy. terms and conditions apply. Baby seats are provided free of charge by the company, but must be booked in advance. Push chairs/ Prams/ Strollers are charged as extra luggage.* )
Please Note: Heathrow Airport Pick ups Car Park Fee
Pick - ups from Heathrow Airport will be charged an additional pick up fee for car park which varies between £3/£5 pounds. We allow a 60 minutes waiting window from the time of flight landing, any additional waiting time will be charged at £15.00 per hour.
Pick- ups for large groups (more than 8 passengers) bus stop pick up charges will apply. £24.50 normal fee, but you only pay £12.50.
Please note: Bus drivers meeting large groups will meet passnegers out side on bus stops only.
